Amnon was one of King David's son's and he found himself desiring his beautiful half-sister. He knew it was wrong and couldn't figure outa way to be with her. but Amnon had a friend who was crafty and helped design a plan to be with his sister Tamar. he follows through with the plan and violates his sister and then hates her more than he ever thought he desired her. she returns to her brother Absalom's home in shame and after two years when he assumes all is forgotten, Absalom has him killed. there is much for us to learn from this story.
