Before coming to Faith Bible Church, Ritchie served as a Youth Minister in Kentucky for 11 years. After graduating from Georgetown College with a B.A. degree (Communications and Psychology double major), he then attended Southern Baptist Thelogoical Seminary and earned his Masters of Divinity. Ritchie is married to Anita, and their love connection started by a chance meeting at their local HEB (Hey, don't knock it - grocery stores are the #1 place to meet a future spouse). Ritchie and Anita moved to Boerne in December 2016, and shortly thereafter, became members of Faith Bible. Ritchie has served as an Elder since October of 2019 and as Associate Pastor beginning January of 2020. He also serves Law Enforcement agencies and Children's Advocacy Centers Nationwide by providing interview recording solutions for criminal investigations and children who have been victims of abuse. Ritchie has a passion (more like an illness) for University of Kentucky Wildcat Basketball (Seriously, it's an illness - he has just under 1,500 UK basketball games recorded and converted to DVD's!) He considers his 2 different colored eyes his most distinctive feature (He hated them in Jr. High, where he was made fun of for them early and often, however, everything changed when he reached High School and girls found them to be pretty and cool, therefore bestowing the nickname: Cool eyes Ritchie).

Ray Zapata currently serves as Chairman of the Faith Bible Church Elder Board. Ray is married to Gwen Zapata and they have attended Faith Bible Church for more than 20 years. Ray has served on the Elder Board since 2008. He retired from the USAF in 1983 and then began a second career in banking. He subsequently retired from Frost Bank in 2017. Ray and Gwen enjoy spending time together and with their grand babies.

Brad was born and raised in San Antonio Texas although he spent summers working on the ranch with his grandfather. He went to Edison High school in San Antonio, Texas and then attend Saint Phillips College.

Brad is married , he and his wife Cindy have been married 47 years and have two sons and three grandchildren of which two are adopted.

Brad worked in the automotive truck business for 51 years, 40 of those years He owned the business that he once worked for, but has now retired.

He has been a man who liked working with his hands and had many hobbies which included auto repair, welding, woodworking, ranching, water skiing, hunting, and his true passion, fishing.

Brad, trusted the Lord Jesus as his savior at a young age and always gave thanks for his blessings.

He was called by the Lord to serve as an elder at Faith Bible church 15 years ago and intends to serve until the Lord calls him away from it.
